Karen Doolittle has over 20 years of experience in management consulting, operations management, and information technology with a proven track record in strategic planning, organizational analysis and design, change management, process improvement and quality deliverables.  Ms. Doolittle has managed operations with over 350 employees and budgets up to $6.7M. Ms. Doolittle holds an MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA and a BS from Virginia Tech.  Ms. Doolittle was honorably discharged as a Captain of the U.S. Air Force.
